I thought the solution was to hire people to quote for me, but even after hours of training, they still didn’t have the knowledge I had — and I always had to do the final checks myself.

So, I decided to create a cost calculator to help train them. Then I realised: why not give customers the ability to quote jobs themselves? That’s when my vision truly began. Today, I focus my energy on ensuring we offer accurate pricing and innovative, trusted services that both tradies and customers love — because that’s where I can make the biggest difference.”
